Tariff Update and Shipping Delays - September 23rd 2025
Please be advised that all suppliers are currently experiencing delays in order processing and shipment. These delays are due to temporary restrictions on shipping to the USA from individual postal carriers due to the tariffs imposed by the US government on all international mail.
We appreciate this is very frustrating for customers and we are working with each supplier to help them to resolve the backlogs. We are grateful for your patience and understanding as they work diligently to fulfil all outstanding orders as promptly as possible.
Important Service Update – Please Review
We appreciate your ongoing patience, support and understanding and would like to provide an update for you in respect to the postal changes that came in to effect from the 29th of August with the implementation of tariffs on all mail items regardless of value, entering the USA.
We are working diligently to process all existing and new orders. Due to new U.S. import regulations, we are implementing important changes to order processing and shipping. Please carefully review the details below to understand how these changes may affect your order.
Shipping & Customs Changes:
Shipping has now resumed. However, we are now implementing new customs declaration and tariff prepayment systems to comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. This could temporarily impact product availability, dispatch and delivery speeds, and pricing.
Delivery Expectations
Delivery times will now be less predictable due to enhanced customs processes. Please plan for shipments to arrive in 3–6 weeks, though some delays are possible.
Pricing & Payments:
Prices may temporarily increase due to additional tariffs, duties, and shipping costs required by the new law.
Product pricing may differ from your last order depending on tariffs applied on the product.
Our price refund policy is suspended until further notice, and reshipments will be processed case by case and may involve extra fees for the orders shipped prior to Aug 21, 2025. Reshipment policy is suspended for all the orders placed after Aug 21, 2025 until further notice.
Customer Service Updates:
Our Contact Center is experiencing higher-than-normal call, email, and chat volumes. Wait times may be longer, but we are working to support all customers as quickly as possible.
